Becoming Catholic
Right of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
Are you or someone you know...
- coming to Mass but never made the "jump" to join the Catholic Church?
- thinking of becoming Catholic but weren't sure what to do?
- feel God leading you to become Catholic?
- curious and want to know more about the Catholic faith?
Then "COME AND SEE" what following Christ in the Catholic tradition is all about!! St. Joseph's RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) might just be what you are looking for.
Companions accompany catechumens and candidates on their journey of faith. Participants gather from September until Easter Vigil for the Liturgy of the Word at 8:45 Mass on Sunday mornings, and then meet at the Parish Center to share their faith journey.
We will have an informational meeting that will discuss what is involved and answer any (and hopefully all) questions that you may have to determine if this might be the next step in your relationship with Christ. No expectations, just a simple time to explore, ask and discern. So, "Come and See".
WHEN: TBD
WHO: YOU !!
WHERE: Lower level of the Church
WHAT: Question and Answers about becoming Catholic and the RCIA program.
WHY: Because being Catholic rocks! (And the Holy Spirit is tugging at you to do it!)
