Annual Appeal
As we celebrate a century of Christ-centered excellence in education at St. Joseph School, I look back and reminisce on my years here – as a student, principal, and now as president. I was even baptized in the original church! It might make me sound like I am the one celebrating 100, but not quite.
I have a long-time connection to our church and school. St. Joseph Parish provided me with my blessed Sacraments. It is here that I learned to give of myself and to serve others. It is here where I felt my calling to serve God. Just like we offer today, I received a strong religious foundation and a superb, well-rounded education.
To ensure that the St. Joseph mission of Catholic education continues into its second century, I am asking you to consider a donation to the 2010 St. Joseph School Annual Appeal. Last year, over $70,000 was generously given. With your help, we hope to exceed that amount this year. Your gift to the Annual Appeal will provide spiritual and educational materials, computer technology, faculty salary enhancements, tuition assistance, upgrades/renovations to our facilities, and more.
Your generosity will make a difference. Give what you can. All gifts, large and small, will make a difference. Your offering expresses your faith in the future and the importance of Catholic education. Please mail your donation in or place it in the Sunday collection by March 31, 2010.
