Pack 81 Fall Outing
Hike, Picnic & Campfire
On Sunday afternoon, September 30, 2007, Pack 81 will meet at the Waterfall Glen forest preserve for our Fall outing. Activates will include a nature walk, hike or bike ride (if you decide to bring your bike). The outing will also include lots of outdoor games organized by the Pack, a campfire and a picnic with the mandatory making of the “smores,” followed by presentation of jokes, skits, stories and much more. You can bring your whole family and enjoy a beautiful fall day. Remember - if it’s raining, the site has a covered picnic area.
Plan to start will start the Den activities at 2:30PM, with lighting of the campfire at 4:00PM, and concluding by 6:00PM. Map of the forest preserve can be obtained through a link in our Pack 81 Calendar mentioned above. We are meeting at Campsite No. 1 (Outdoor Education Camp) off Bluff Road (99th Street).
