Father/Daughter Dance Volunteers

(Craft Night; Set-up; Dance; Clean-up; Bakers)

Many volunteers are needed for the Father/Daughter Dance!  Please remember that this event is all about volunteers, so whether you can help for the whole event or you only have an hour to spare, any amount of time you can give is greatly appreciated!  If you have already said you would help, “Thanks!”  Please email me and let me know how/when you are able to help!
ALSO: This is not only for Moms with daughters!  Moms with sons are always welcome!!!

CREATIVITY IS NOT REQUIRED!!! BUT IS WELCOMED!!

Volunteers are needed for:
Craft Night:   T.B.A. (if needed)
Set-Up Friday, February 19:	2pm-4pm: 10 people	4pm-6pm: 10 people
Set-Up Saturday, February 20:	11am-1pm: 10 people	1pm-3pm: 10 people
(Students are welcome IF SUPERVISED!)

Volunteers for the Dance:   15-20 people are needed to help serve food and drinks, and help with general hospitality!

Clean-Up:  (15 people)   After Cinderella and her Prince Charming return from the ball, come and help with the cleaning and taking down of decorations. (Great opportunity to help out if you have to stay home with little ones during the dance!)

Bakers: We will need 50 people to help supply goodies for the dance.  If you could help out with 2 dozen of a treat, that would be great! (Nothing too messy please; young ladies in their finest clothes in attendance!)
