Kindergarten Round-Up is held every year in late May or early June for incoming Kindergarten students and their parents.  Students get to meet Mrs. Cherney and Mrs. Lessentien (current teacher and aide) and spend some time in the Kindergarten classroom with their future classmates.  While the children are having fun in their new classroom, parents will have the opportunity to meet other Kindergarten parents and learn more about St. Joseph School during an information session in the school library. 

The event is hosted by the St. Joseph School Parent Forum, the main auxiliary parent group at the school that provides social and community-building activities.  A Parent Forum representative, along with the school Principal and K-Club teacher, will provide an overview of many topics, including the following:

• Uniform policy/Uniform exchange
• K-Club (before PM/after AM program)
• Parent volunteer opportunities
• Contact/allergy forms
• Promotions/Fundraising (Box Tops, Target Visa)
• Manna (Gift Card purchasing program)
• Bus Buddies

A more detailed information session, called Kindergarten Orientation, is held at the start of the school year.
