Do You Know Jesus? Luke 17:11-19 In today's Gospel, Jesus was traveling and 10 lepers were waiting for him along the road. They called out to him for help. Jesus sent them on their way and cured their disease. Only one of the ten returned to thank Jesus and praise God for the miracle of healing he received. In this story, we are reminded to have faith in God when we are troubled. We should always be thankful for God's blessings upon us. When you say thank you to others for a kind act you are also saying thank you to God. God works through others to help us in troubled times. Have you ever taken God's generosity for granted? Discuss with your family the many things you are thankful for. Testing Reminder Grade 3, 5 & 7 Starting Monday, October 15, and continuing through October 24, our students in Grades 3, 5 and 7 will be taking the IOWA Tests.
