Volunteering at St. Joe's

There are countless opportunities for parents to volunteer at St. Joseph and your help is both greatly needed and appreciated. Please contact a Parent Forum Officer or Committee Chair to find activities or events that match your time and talents or check out this page. Thank you!

During school hours, all volunteers must to sign in when entering the school. The sign-in book is on the table in the vestibule near the office.

Protecting God's Children

Out of concern for the safety and well-being of your children, ALL adult volunteers are required to have ALL THREE of the following:

1. participated in the workshop, “Protecting God’s Children” (link to schedule)
2. a background release updated every five years (link to form)
3. signed a form acknowledging they have read the Diocese Pastoral Policy & Standards.

Minor Volunteers

1. Volunteers who are minors need to complete the ‘minors' form’. (link)
