Children’s Choir Director, Mrs. DelMonaco
St. Joseph School welcomes Julie DelMonaco as our new Choir Director for our Tuesday School Mass. Mrs. DelMonaco received her Bachelor's Degree from Benedictine University in Music Education. Leading choirs and playing piano/organ at Masses since 1981, she has worked with Divine Savior Parish for the past 20 years. In addition, she is a substitute pianist and choir director for Notre Dame Church in Clarendon Hills and also teaches private piano lessons.
A St. Joseph Parishioner since 2003, she has been singing with our 8:45 a.m. Singer's & Musicians Group and occasionally plays at Sunday Mass and funerals. She and her husband, Tom have two daughters, Colleen, 22 and Lexi, 19.
"I feel privileged and am thoroughly enjoying working with your children. I hope to encourage them to continue making beautiful music at church!" We feel blessed to have Mrs. DelMonaco join our staff and
we welcome her with open arms.
