We are once again offering tuition assistance to school families for the 2012-13 school year.
The deadline for applying is May 15, 2012. We are using FACTS Business Solutions for Education to administer this program. To apply for this program, you need to complete a FACTS Grant and Aid application. The application can be completed online by going to the FACTS website at www.factstuitionaid.com or by completing a paper application and returning it to FACTS. Paper applications are available in the school office. If you choose to apply on line, all supporting documentation must be sent to the FACTS Office by May 15, 2012.
Questions on any portion of the application should be directed to the FACTS Office at 1-866-315-9262.
Recipients of tuition assistance will be notified by the first week in July. The first tuition payment date will be August 1, 2012.
A frequent question that is asked is what income level is too high to be eligible for tuition assistance. Income is just one factor considered to determine a family's financial need. Other factors include housing costs, number of children, other tuition costs and special circumstances.
We strongly encourage families to consider applying based on their situation and needs.

The Diocesan Catholic Education Foundation will be awarding 300 need-based tuition assistance grants for the 2012-13 school year. The grants will be $500 per student. Students entering kindergarten through grade eight are eligible.

La Fundación Diocesana para la Educación Católica concederá 300 concesiones basadas en necesidad para ayuda de la colegiatura por el año escolar 2012-13.
