Thank you for your patience. We realize the temperature in church has been quite warm the last couple of weeks. In attempting to activate the air conditioning last month, we discovered that it was not working. While we can repair it for the summer, this is a temporary fix. The system is 30 years old. We were informed that it will need to be replaced. The delay in purchasing a new system for this summer is strictly due to supply and demand. We will keep you posted as we consult with the HVAC vendors, the Diocese, and the finance council while we continue to evaluate the situation.
The bishops of the United States of America have begun the National Eucharistic Revival, a multi-year process of encounter with our Eucharistic Lord in the Blessed Sacrament through worship and study in preparation for a massive evangelization effort. The diocesan phase is well underway and the parish phase begins on Corpus Christi 2023.
