Job Description:
Maintains and performs maintenance and repair duties on all parish buildings and grounds, including church and school facilities, in order to ensure that all buildings, equipment and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner.
Must have:
basic knowledge of electric, plumbing, HVAC systems and grounds maintenance
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
The ability to work collaboratively
Evening and/or weekend hours are occasionally required
Full-time hours: 7:30 am—4:00 pm Monday-Friday

Part-Time Administrative Assistant for Liturgy, Music, and Adult Faith Formation
St. Joseph Liturgy, Music Ministry, and Adult Faith Formation is in need of a part-time Administrative Assistant (averaging twenty hours per week). Duties include:
clerical assistance for the liturgical, musical, and adult faith
formation ministry of the parish
preparing orders of service for Sundays, some holy days, and the seasons of the Church Year
creating promotional materials for faith formation events and series
Familiarity with Office 365 is necessary
The person taking this position will be responsible for scheduling of ministers (using Ministry Scheduler Pro)
ordering of supplies
assisting with the preparation of the worship space during the holy days of the year
maintaining the webpages pertinent to liturgy, music and adult faith formation
and other miscellaneous responsibilities
Presence at some liturgies, meetings, and events will be necessary
Position begins July 1.
