Auto Withdrawal

Dear Parishioners,

This page allows anyone participating in the Auto-Withdrawal (ACH by checking or credit card) program for Sunday contributions to do the same for their Special or Second Collections. 

By filling out the fields below your chosen donations will be withdrawn from your account the 15th of each month.

By clicking the "I Agree" box under ACH Agreement, you will authorize the withdrawal of these funds from your account on file.  If you are completing this form after January 14, your January donations will be withdrawn on the 20th of January or combined with your February total, whichever comes first.
